The move to the new facility will enable us to continue to grow and service your needs now and in the future. We will be contacting you again with a window of time when your server will be offline as we shutdown the server and migrate it to the new facility at 470 E Paces Ferry Rd NE.

A: 23th September (Tuesday) starting at 00:00 EDT
Q: How long will the outage last?
A: We anticipate that the downtime will be below two hours.
Q: Will my pricing change?
A: No price changes are anticipated as a result of the move.
Q: Will my IP addresses change?
A: No, all IP addresses will remain the same.
Q: Will I be able to access the client area?A: Our client area will remain online.
Q: What if my service is located in Dallas?
A: It will remain online during the migration, but the VPS control panel will be inaccessible.
