Why can't I create accounts in Web Hosting Manager (WHM)?

When you order your reseller account with HostUS, your cPanel and WHM accounts are set up automatically. However, you may not be able to log into WHM or you may not be able to make accounts in WHM because our billing department may not have reviewed and cleared your order. You will need to wait for a few hours in order for your account to be activated. This is to protect our servers from spam/fraud and enhane your user experience. We hope you understand.
